Staff Appreciation Week is coming up the week of April 13 - 17th. The teachers have asked the PTO if we can assist with some much needed supplies for their classrooms in lieu of the usual gifts.
We will be compiling a “wish list” for each grade level. Our previous experience has been that none of the items on the list are extravagant. They need basics such as pencils, glue sticks, lined paper, poster board etc.
Since time is of the essence, and we can save money by purchasing items in bulk, we are asking each family to make a donation to help purchase items off the staff’s “wish list”. The suggested donation is $5 per family. However, any amount you can afford will be greatly appreciated. (Checks can be made out to Oak Bluffs School PTO.) The donation can be sent to school in your child’s folder or dropped in the donation box in the outer office at school. We are hoping to place the order as soon as possible so please try to bring your donation in by Friday April 3rd.
Our staff and teachers always go above and beyond for our kids. This is the perfect opportunity to show them how much we appreciate all that they do.
