The Parent-Teacher conferences will be held in the following dates and times:

April 23th 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
April 25th 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
April 29th 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

​Students will be dismissed at NOON on these dates.

The scheduler will open to the parents of students in grades 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 on April 15-th at 8:00 AM and it closes 8 hours before the appointment time. If you wish to make an appointment with a specials teacher you may contact them directly via e-mail to schedule an appointment. Specials teachers are not in the Pick-A-Time system but they will be available upon request. 
If a date no longer shows on the appointment maker then it is no longer available for booking. Conferences for students in grades K-3 will be scheduled by the teacher, not through the Pick-A-time system.
